i think most people agree with this, however im not so sure you can automatically put texas in. depends if OU and OSU improve. if both those teams struggle UT's SOS will drop and USC may sneak in there.

I just think the pollsters are bastards and won't switch 1/2 in their poll if neither team loses.

Plus if McCoy wins the Heisman and goes undefeated they'll put him in the title game.

*ETA: I'm not saying USC wouldn't be equally worthy or even more worthy to be in the game, just predicting what pollsters would do in the case that all of those teams went undefeated

That's the worst possible scenario for the BCS. Teams from all 5 BCS conferences going undefeated (Big East isn't a BCS conference).

They have 8 shitty teams. Not a BCS conference in my book. When WVU and Louisville were good, I respected them. Now, it's just sad. If Cincy ran the table this year, they wouldn't deserve an NC bid.

Yeah cause we always have so many undefeated teams at the end of the year. Every year people say this and every year these teams lose.

I was just taking a shot at the Big East. Sheesh. My original post was implying 5 teams that could make a real case. The winner of the Big East can't Notice I didn't put BYU there because they won't jump an undefeated from one of those conferences.

My bad. They won't FINISH ahead of any of those teams if they were both undefeated. Holy shite. You guys are gay.
