They were just trying to keep it from escalating. Mike Brown is the guy in the ballcap DP's ATT teammate; the black guy is Burt Watson the UFC hype man; not sure who the suit is, maybe Reed Harris.

Well, because the person who posted immediately before me didn't seem to like Akira (judging by his use of the word clown) and he expressed an opinion that Dustin would smash him I wondered if there was a backstory.
If you look at the body language of the people involved in the confrontation it seems to beg the question because Dustin seems to be the aggressor (see below).
The white guy and the black guy who step in between both direct their bodies and faces towards Akira as the aggressor and move him away from Dustin even though it was Dustin who initiated contact with his forearm and knuckle before then escalating to shove him. The black fella (who might be from Dustin's camp?) touches the head of Dustin as if to express solidarity and then walks towards Akira to give him a another finger pointing after barking at him several times. If you notice the two guys behind Akira also moved him away (one of whom seems to apply enough pressure to Akira's right bicep to torque the arm).
Based on the gif the aggressor would seem to be Dustin, but the person commenting before me didn't seem to like Akira and there doesn't seem to be anyone there who is telling Dustin to knock it off.

I would call him more of a personnel or talent director
He acts as a liaison between logistics folk and behind the scene folk at the UFC and the fighters and their camps
