why did forest leave the octagon anyway and stole tito moment?

i saw a dana interview with ariel, he was pissed at forrest. said he ran him down and told him wtf are you thinking. and he was also pissed about the mic grabbing thing to steal tito's retirement spotlight. Dana said he thinks Forrest was trying to steal Joe Rogan's job. He should make him fight Machida as punishment.

and? Shogun also has zero takedown defense, Forrest has zero heart or ability left, etc. Who are Shogun and Machida supposed to be fighting for the rest of Bones' reign? Brilz, Bader and Matushenko over and over? Put Shogun or Machida vs Chael as a 3 round co-main event on a PPV and it will sell a ton. They can use it to prop up a title fight with Edgar or Cruz that nobody wants to watch.

What are you blabbing about?

You said Sonnen could compete because there weren't really any guys with great submissions, then listed four possible fights. Then I pointed out that out of those four, three were black belts and the other had already submitted Sonnen.

Then you start going on and on about something that had nothing to do with what I posted, yet you quote me

Why did you disagree and then completely talk about different fights? You talked about fights BEFORE the shitty PPVs where he didn't engage and just ran around the ring.

My point was he has never had great PPV's even before the shitty fights. In order to have a drop off meant he had to have good PPV numbers in the first place.

so he is automatically pre-submitted because they have blackbelts? Rashad has never even attempted a submission in his life.

You don't think there is a difference in pre-TRT Chael and post? Anderson got submitted by 2 asians. They better not put him in there with any black belts like Maia amirite?!!

Did a little research to help prove my point.

Against guys I would consider strong submission grapplers Chael is 6-9 with seven losses coming by sub.
So is it an automatic that he will be submitted ? No
Is it a huge possibility based on past results? Yes

meh i think he's a ton better than he was back in the days prior to his last UFC stint and it'd be a decent fight until he gets subbed anyway. Shogun for one has no takedown defense.

But Coleman's submission defense is not as bad as Sonnens so now I'm triple confused.

Chael on the UFC on Fuel weigh-ins live now. Annik said he is going to make an announcement about his fighting future.

Seriously though, keep us posted if he announces something tonight. Wouldn't be surprised if he retired.

Just a big tease with no payoff.

He basically said he is fine with the judgement call on the knee and his camp will not appeal. He is not retiring. And he is not going to the WWE.
