one thing i think we can all agree on - goldberg looks like a fricking creep and he likely rubs on unsuspecting drunk girls in bars

goldberg "accidentally" opens the girls' bathroom door because he need to take a leak and keeps a stare for at least 3 seconds longer than appropriate

yeah, dude posted a pic of fat mir post-accident. if anything i would think the accident proved how tenuous his hold on the sport could be, and how he needed to commit to being in better shape. he's maybe 2-4% body fat difference with not much muscle change from his pre and post accident pics, minus the fat era? come on. doesn't prove a whole lot.

UFC 48. Mir 253lbs.

UFC 57. Mir 257lbs

UFC 61. Mir cuts to 262lbs. (July 8 2006)

Its only 40 UFC fights away from when SFP says he started cutting.

It looks like the guy was steadily getting bigger, and he started getting his BF% down over the course of 3-5 years and he now sits at 260-270. i just dont see what is shocking at all.

just to throw my last bits into this. if jake would have said that his transformation was radical BEFORE UFC36-38, he would be spot on. he went from a fat, no muscle kid to a guy who looks like a fighter in about 2 years. what ruins it is that ever since then he has basically looked the exact same +- gaining or cutting depending on the opponent. check out how he looked when he fought ufc34. one of his last fights under 250 and you have to go all the way back to november 2001.

evn his tank abbott fight he was a basically the same shape, but just without much training. after that fight he got serious and it showed.

Just got back and all I have to say is wow that might have been the UFC's worst ppv in a long long time. Even most of the prelims went to decision.

A lot of MMA fans don't like Rampage but I think dude is hilarious. He's been one of my fav fighters for the past 8 years along with Fedor and BJ Penn.
