Purdue - 2024 L
Basically, the B1G is the deepest league in the country, but never has the best team. To basically have a team in the Finals every other year and to never win it, is truly a crazy thing to behold. Is there any other conference that has sent 7 different teams to the title game in that same time period??

That seems a little harsh. Painter has been there a long time with several really good teams before Edey. I don't see them falling off a cliff.
They'll likely still be one of the best teams in the B1G on a regular basis, and will return to being upset by double-digit seeds every March.

We went through a stupid tournament to crown the obvious. I said it, many others said it. This tournament was a charade. Going through the motions. Fans wanna believe but nobody had a shot from Day 1 of the tournament. It seems like a colossal waste of time watching any of these games.

bruh. Purdue has made 15 of the last 18 NCAA tourneys under Painter. They ain't falling off b/c of Edey.
