How terrible is Gilmore as a color man? He complains about the numbers on uniforms and thinks every hard hit should be targeting

All of these one-loss Pac12 teams are secretly terrible.

Arizona is simply not that good.

I think the pac 12 is trying to hard with the nastiest uniforms, I'm glad usc,az state and standford have tried to stay classic.

Fair enough if you want to hold this opinion. I agree with you, but also consider that UCLA, USC, and Stanford are probably the best 2,3, and 4 loss teams in the country, respectively.
