I hate OT topics on the MSB, so I'll ignore or troll. In all honesty, I couldn't pretend to care less if he gave credit to his mom, Jesus, or evil lord Xenu. The kid had himself one helluva game and can say whatever he wants.

Everyone is going to have a problem with everything anybody says anymore. I'm an open minded Christian. A player can thank whoever the frick he wants. He's an American he has the right to do whatever he wants. I don't agree with gays and Muslim but I'm not gonna judge a kid or a person that way and neither should anybody else. People should be able to thank whoever they want. I believe in Jesus and give thanks. And if someone believes in something else and gives thanks that's ok too, do your own thing, I don't agree with it but I don't have to
