. Ohio State @ Virginia Tech Sept 7

Reasons:
(1.) As we know, Virginia Tech beat Ohio State last year.
(2.) It's the first game of the year. Teams can be sloppy, look out of sorts, make many mistakes and penalties. Did you watch any of Ohio State's first game against Navy last year? The score wasn't reflective of the actual game. It was a 20-17 game going into the 4th quarter.
(3.) Ohio State is playing on the road in Blacksburg. Monday night. Primetime game. Lane Stadium will be electric.

Surprised to see this on a national list, but I completely agree with it. Tennessee is on the upswing and will be riding a lot of momentum into next year. If I had to pick an East winner right now, it would probably be them.

I watched Tennessee a little last year. They caught my eye against Oklahoma. Tennessee has been recruiting very well and that team is young. I was really impressed with their defense against OU. They were hitting all game and never let up.

I'm telling ya, if (and it's a big IF) Jones can actually coach them up, they will be a tough out for anyone in the coming years.

Auburn is an elite team next year.

AU just lost 4 in a row to P5 teams and lose their QB, leading rusher and leading WR. I think they'll be good, but "elite" is quite the stretch.

I'm trying to get tickets to this. I think it's gonna be a total bloodbath.

Auburn-Arky, Auburn-MSU will probably be more compelling overall.

Bring back the most dynamic receiver in the conference, Lawson returns, Muschamp arrives, the moment of truth for the once and future next star QB of the SEC, etc.

No idea what actually occurs, but most polls have AU 5-8

Indeed they do and I haven't figured out why. I could be blinded by the lopsided score in Athens. We really don't know how good Johnson will be. Even though CAP was good, I suspect you'll be fine at RB. Duke is good, but won't have Sammy beside him. I obviously think Muschamp will do a good job, but we'll see how he does with your personnel in Year 1.

What? I hope this isn't in order.

I don't care if Belichick is your coach, that talent gap is way too wide in that game.

That game will be very relevant and entertaining this year.

The talent gap is not nearly as large as you are acting it is.

Agreed. UM will be one of the most improved teams in the country next year. Just because of Harbaugh.........

They have a huge problem with the quarterback and offensive line. They are still a couple of years away but...it is a rivalry.

We are not talking Miles and LSU here.......

UM wins at least 8 games next year... Look at the turnaround OSU had when Meyer arrived... Think close to the same........

While it may not be a top 25 game, BMFP vs Auburn Sep 5 should be interesting for the entertainment value alone

Have you seen Sugar Shane play at qb? He's more that a one season project.

Shane Morris will not be the QB next year. The problem with Harbaugh is that he was given a difficult OOC schedule.

What kind of retard thinks it is a good idea to schedule BYU, Utah, and Oregon State in the same year? I could understand scheduling one of those, but it is never a good idea to make your ooc that difficult.

Early in the year, UM will resemble 2014 texas. Good defense and middle school offense. The key is improvement.

And other posters are right. Michigan has basically recruited very similar to OSU. (in 2012 and 2013 at least).

As A BUckeye fan I know you are scared of Harbaughs hire...

But you aren't coming close to give him the credit he deserves for the way UM will come on the field from the 1st game on to KICK arse...........
