Not sure why you arguing about it, I'm just passing along info. Every football game isn't nationally telivised like Notre Dame's contract with NBC states

Wonder why nbc wanted that contract? Probably a conspiracy to keep notre dame alive and successful and not for monetary gain whatsoever

This is true.. However..EVERY ND game is on national TV.. Home games are on NBC and road games are on ESPN or ABC... NO other team gets that kind of attention...

why do you keep repeating that the game was played in Texas? Nothing in my post has anything to do with the Texas game. A poster asked why NBC is responsible for keeping Notre dame in the spotlight over the years, I replied with info about their tv contract. Are you purposely this dense?

Is Bama's semi final game getting a higher ranking than the other semi a fcotor of it being NYE?
I would not have expected Bama's game to be higher ranked, due to the build up of the Clemson - tOSU game.
