New Yorkers still resent the Dodgers moving. My father had their 1957 yearbook. Wonder where it is? Probably worth a lot.

Kershaw and Grienke vs. DeGrom and Thor. Harvey game 3.

little surprised they are starting Thor on the road when he is much better at home. I guess it is so we have Harvey in a potential win or go home game 3, but im still not sure i like it.

Godfather, you are right about Thor. Colon or Matz game 4?

I think if Matz gets the all clear on his sore back later today it will be Matz, if he doesnt he wont even be on the roster and you have to go with Colon.

New Yorkers still resent the Dodgers moving.

The Dodgers were forced out by Robert Moses. The Dodgers were a Brooklyn team, not a New York team. Moses refused to build them a new stadium in Brooklyn where their fans were and where they were an integral part of the community. Dodgers owner Walter O'Malley even offered to pay for a Stadium in Brooklyn himself. But Moses would not allow it. Instead, Moses was forcing them to move to Flushing Meadows. O'Malley decided if the Dodgers had to move then he was going to move to a place he could make money. Go Dodgers!
