You mean the organization that is in the predicament they are in right now because of James playing GM. The Cavs get popped with luxury tax due to getting who James wanted. They lose the Finals. Then they go even deeper in the luxury tax hole to sign more BS players James wanted and still didn't win the Finals.

Appears to me that LeBron James is a shitty judge of talent and is the reason the Cavs suck as much as he is the reason they are good!!!!
