I love how someone can look down upon someone for being arrogant, while not realizing that being arrogant isn't 1/10th as bad as wishing bad things on other people.

The lack of self awareness is the funny part, here.

Can't wait until Mayweather blows through all that money and is broke as frick. Can't stand that arrogant bastard.

I understand these comments about guys who spend and spend while making $10 mil in their career, but Mayweather will never run out of money.

After his boxing career is over he will not be making close to what he is now. He doesn't invest, and he spends a stupid amount of money. He very easily could run out of money with the way he spends.

I quit pulling for the Falcons 2 years ago. As a former Falcon fan, I find this statistic to be astounding. Talk about counting your eggs before your chickens...He showed a minute amount of promise his rookie year. Since then hes been pretty run of the mill for the NFL.

Matt Ryan doesn't make 43 mil a year people

This list is for 2013 earnings, that 43 mil includes his signing bonus from his contract... Next year it won't be half that

Maybe so, but a nice 100 mil a year is almost "never run out of money" money...

And no I wouldn't be this fricking stupid if I made this kind of money. I wouldn't wear a different pair of shoes every day, or flaunt cash on social media because that's not me. I'd invest, I'd be smart with it and I'd plan for the future of my family.

Ahhh, the classic someone telling someone what they would do in a situation they have never been close to being in...

Even if he does wear a new pear of shoes every single day, that's pennies to him. Let's say the average cost per pair is $250( just making up a number) that would be $91,250. That's 0.091% of this years earnings....(before taxes obviously)

For comparison, let's say someone making 80k per year dropped $500 on shoes for the entire year. That's 0.625% of earnings, so more than if Floyd wore a new pair every day

And just to show how crazy that much money is, it would take someone making $150k per year 700 fricking years to pull in $105MM

You do realize that most of that is show right?

He is actually very comfortable and manages his money quite well if you listen to the people in the know.

I don't think you realize how much money you can spend when you earn 150 million in cash a year.
