No they haven't. They were below average at worst last season.

Manning is historically the hardest QB to sack, with Marino being second. Neither one of those two could out run a fat cop, but both could read a defense like few others.
The people that don't think RG3's problems stem from RG3 are likely the same people that think that Vick was a great QB and the only thing holding the Cam Newton back is his team. All quite the opposite.

Yeah but cousins throws 4 picks and knows he sucks. RG3 has a shite game and says he's the best qb in the game.
Cousins can conceivably get better and is working for a starting spot. RG3 is just going through the motions and he's never going to get better
