All that side, there is a pretty nice crop of up and coming American juniors between 16-18 years of age with Mmoh, Rubin, Altamarino, Kozlov, Escobedo, and Donaldson. American junior tennis hasn't been this good since Chang, Wheaton, Courrier, Agassi, Sampras era.
Yup, the best juniors at that age in the world are American. Like the best three or four. You forgot Tiafoe.

The Altamirano kid put a scare in me today. I had decent money on Berankis and was not wanting ot sweat out three sets. Thankfully, sets 2 and 3 were straightforward.

I've been following Kozlov for about two years now. Liked him at first, given his unique his style, but the more and more I see his matches televised, I don't really care for his sportsmanship/antics on the court. That said, his win over Frank yesterday was pretty nice considering that Frank is one of the top 5 college players who has been on a tear this entire summer.
I saw him play dubs against the Bryan Bros in DC, and the kid has every shot in the book, and then several for the 2nd Ed.
As noted, size might be a concern, but he's grown a good bit, and looks to be about 5-11 at this point.

Novak and Maria playing tonight. Was really hoping they would play tomorrow night. Oh well. Probably get to see Fed and Serena play then.

I like this Nick Kyrgios kid. Was impressed with his run at Wimbledon, particularly his upset over Nadal.

Donald Young dropped the first, 7-5, but holding close here in the 2nd
aaaaand he lost the second set. dude fricking gets in his own head too much. he goes down and just cannot bounce back. it's pathetic to watch.

Sharapova/Kirilenko will be a nice display of arse. Kirilenko just broke off her engagement with Ovechkin.
