Jovan Vavic...a Yugoslavian.
Someone mentioned he has the GOAT collegiate record on some blog.
I saw a headline that USC women beat Michigan and then Stanford for the NCAA title...
...and never heard of this guy...
But holy crap, look at his bio...
...move over Coach K, John Wooden and Geno Aureiema.
Record:
472-75 (.863)
In 20 years:
13 national championships (nine men’s and four women’s)
He led both USC Men's and Women's to national championships four times in the same school year (1998-99, 2003-04, 2009-10 and 2012-13) and USC to an unprecedented six consecutive men’s national championships with the Trojans’ run to the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 titles.
12-time National Coach of the Year (in 20 years)
Yeah, its water polo...but damn...this guy dominates and coaches both men's and women's team - and dominates on both sides.
That's sort of unreal.

You should have put this first so I didn't have to read your shitty post.

it's a very minor sport so I'm sure most haven't heard of her, but suzanne yoculan was about as close to a bryant/wooden/summit/etc as there could be in gymnastics, I would guess.
