Notre Dame player get ejected for targeting today on a USC running back who was still in full upright and running mode. FSU QB is giving himself up, gets rocked, no call.

Full disclosure, neither one is targeting. I hate the stupid targeting rule when there is incidental head to head contact and not a case of a player going in head first and missile-like.

Why are FSU fans all upset?
