After seeing the pictures on #17 at the Bluffs yesterday, I'm curious if anyone has heard reports about damage to the course yet.

I'm headed up today to check on my parents. I'll take some pics. But 2+3 had 3+ feet of water on them. Once the water fully recedes it could be a two weeks or so before play happens out there.

I would imagine they will be closed for a week or two at least

Considering the margins they're working on and the damage to the course, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't open until the winter.

I looked at buying some land in there and heard a lot of bad things about the course and course management issues they have.

Normally I'd agree but with the new management group that's up there I'd say they be open before that. They have meetings already scheduled this week to try and mitigate and start planning their moves to have course back up and running ASAP.

That management group will not allow them to stay closed til winter. Not a chance. They are about making money now.

I birdied #4 last week. Hit it to 4 feet and drained it.

One thing I really miss from my time in BR is playing the Bluffs. That course from the tips is a really fun track.

I played the member-guest out there 8-9 years ago and those members were some sandbagging SOBs.
