I'm glad Joe is back. one of the original guys I grew up listening to. Pete, Joe, Skip and Don...plus that other dude I can't remember.

I would like to see Tom Hart replace Chip. Joe is mediocre to poor, but still better than Chip.

The Braves announcers suck.
I'm sad whenever extra innings doesn't give me SNY. You can say what you want about our team, but our booth is the best in the business.

Would be ok with that. Chip sucks, but he isn't going anywhere unless he chooses too. maybe the Cubs will hire him back.

Not even close imo. Most overrated booth in sports. Giants is roughly 10000x better. I cannot stand Darling.

Why is Chip seen as so entrenched in the Braves' booth? I don't know of anyone who thinks he's any good.

I am in the minority that I enjoy Chip and Joe. I liked Hart when he was in there. I like Byrd but i did not enjoy hearing him in the booth. I will say though that I enjoy more "friends sitting around talking about the game" type of calls rather than boring analysis (even if it is spot on).

Although I enjoyed Hart and his analysis/saber references/inside jokes I am fine with guys who are more relaxed if they're funny and entertaining.
Chip and Joe are not funny at all and even worse than that, they say a lot of things that are just totally illogical.

Agreed with this. Chip tries to make jokes but they're not funny and then there is just awkward silence. Joe and Boog Sciambi were awesome together a few years ago.
