Braves made it interesting. Now we have to go play a good team. Damn Brewers are legit this year.

Did we have anyone else to pinch hit? I guess our only other option was Pena.

I have more of a problem not letting Kimbrel pitch the 9th. Why put Avilian in when it's a 1 run game we're coming back in? What are you saving him for? Not that it mattered in the end result because we didn't score but it's still frustrating.

Exactly. Zero reason to save him when there wouldn't be a save opportunity today. Have to roll Craig out in the top of the 9th.

really hope fredi is gone after this year, too. wouldnt be sad if Wren was gone either.

I officially gave up on the Braves this year when they lost the first game of this series to the Dodgers.

They just ain't no good this year.

I missed the game today but it sounds like it was terrible. Could anyone give a brief synopsis?

Dodgers basically scored a run about every inning harang was in. Bullpen came in and kept them close, we made a comeback in the 8th and almost tied on a freeman homer that was just short and only a double. Brings up bj with the tieing run at second and he strikes out
