Some chatter going on that the Braves might get involved as a third team in the Dodgers/Reds Jay Bruce trade talks. No idea what we would give up/get, I'm sure Puig would be on the move as well as some prospects.

Hart and Coppy said that same nonsense the past two offseasons. Regardless, it doesn't matter what they say, we aren't going from a 100 loss team to a 90 win playoff team in one offseason, particularly an offseason like this one that lacks much in the way of elite FA.

I like Lucroy, but we better not trade away prospects and then have to spend a bunch of money on a 30-year-old catcher.
