If you're asking about how to become an annual 4 day badge patron, then that is a loooong waiting list that is currently closed.

I figured so.

Can someone explain my question from above? A month ago I registered on the masters website to be on teh lottery list for tickets (what I assume are just practice round tickets), but I didn't get any email today.

I'm not sure, to be honest. I don't know how long the lottery has been open. Most likely you entered the lottery since as I stated above the actual ticket waiting list is closed.

They draw in early June so you will get either a happy e-mail or a sad e-mail in mid June.

I assume you fill in the max number of tickets for each day to increase your chances

I'm doing 2 a day. I've done max for several years and nothing.

How much easier is it to win the practice round lottery over the regular round lottery?

$65 each for practice round. $100 each for tourney days.

I attended my first masters also this year (wed practice round).

Unbelievable!! I'm hooked

Question: my buddy won the tickets, says it was his 4th year to apply.

How many years have y'all applied? How many years have you won? How long did it take you to win your first tickets?

Just trying to get an idea of the odds of winning

Thanks

The number of tickets you select shouldn't affect your chances of winning.

I've requested an anchor on this thread like three-hundred times.

Anchor probably means you won't get to go

You realize that, right?

Yes. The only golf tournament that matters.

This will be my 5th year applying and I've never won. Luckily a friend won Tuesday tickets in 2013, so I got to go with him.

I won on my first application evar. Haven't won since. At least the OP is making a valiant effort to ensure the heaviest field of applicants possible. That ought to help our chances..
