Thank you Lavar Ball, you have given Kentucky some ammunition.

The Shockers were talking shite going into this weekends game, and the Cats were well aware of the smack. I was hoping Mr. Ball would provide the bulletin board material and he delivered.

In a Monday radio interview, Ball said, “Kentucky is just a tune-up game ’til the Final Four. We took care of Kentucky once and we will do it again.” Ball also told an ESPN LA morning show that Kentucky has too many alpha dogs who demand the ball and that the Wildcats will be foolish to try to run with UCLA.

You do not have the experience at the guard position to contend with Ball and Alford on defense

They beat UK by a whopping 5 points when UK ran with them before.
This game is about as much of a toss up as it gets.

You should know basketball better then this
How can a freshman who has throughout his career only relied on athletic ability stop a guard who may actually be more athletic than him
He is from Katy TX it is not like he is from an area of the country known for great high school coaching and programs.

Pretty sad Kentucky needs nonsense marketing as bulletin-board material to get up for a game.
Ball doesn't give a shite but to be in the news.
If Kentucky can't beat UCLA in a rematch - which always turns out in the others favor - they have issues beyond whatever Lavar Ball says. Beating a team twice almost never happens in college sports.
So go out and win and stop being such a pussy. You want to shut Ball up, shut his son down. Stop posting nonsense like it means something from his Dad.

WTF are you talking about? You think Fox is on Ball the whole game? We switch on defense. And, I guess you forgetting Hawkins. Kentucky has one of the best numbers against the 3 pointer.
This game is going to be a nail biter. Whoever has the ball last, probably wins this game.
Throw this in. UCLA is rated high in offensive efficiency, no doubt...but their defensive efficacy is ranked in the 70s.
I think at the moment, Kentucky is ranked in the top 10 in both categories (I maybe wrong, but I think that is the case).

Tell that to LSU fans bro.
And a lot of fans of other teams.
Rematches almost always turn out in favor of the earlier loser. Almost always.
Look it up.

I'll take whatever if it makes them more focused. We have a history of falling behind quickly start of games and then claw back. I am glad he keeps talking.

This is the biggest game of the college basketball season to date, a revenge game on top of that, and you need to look to smack talk for motivation?

Yea, no. And we're talking about college basketball here, not football.

Man, that Florida team rolling in the Sweet 16 really has some issues after getting beat by Vandy three times this season.
