I was really hoping Bogar would get a fair shake. and I think he did. not bad IMO

So where does Bogar head to now? I would imagine he doesn't want to stick around Arlington now after getting passed up

The only blessing for Bogar is he won't be working for Jon the Moron. It's never fun working for someone who exemplifies the Peter Principle.
