Pearland got a very good spot

The spot was terrible. I saw it.

Also Pearland out numbered Katy big time. Would have thought more of them would have shown up considering football is all they have. Great game, Oilers vs Trinity should be a good one too.

The reason I said that is because when the kid caught the ball he was called short. He rolled over the Katy cb but was called down before he rolled. He argued with the ref and moved the ball to the refs feet which was about a yard ahead of where the original spot was. Both my friend and I have no affiliation with Katy but looked at each other asking wtf just happened. It was really weird that the line judge just moved it up because the WR from Pearland argued he rolled over the CB. That was the reason I said the spot was good. If he actually wasn't down and the roll was good then the spot was fine. He was called down though about a half a yard short by the original spot. Also I don't see how you think the spot was horrible unless you are thought that stretch he did after he had been down for a while was a legit stretch.

I thought Katy traveled better than that too but in reality, that was probably the entire town of old Katy. People from Cinco Ranch, Taylor, etc... usually don't give a shite about Katy high athletics.

great game btw by Pearland. That QB played absolutely incredible! Ill be pulling for them after what I saw today. Any idea what year he is?

Also, that train thing the band plays before kick off was bad arse. Never heard that before.

Yeah he's a senior and a big time playmaker. His best target is kanipes, #10, and ukwachu, #86 a Boise st commit, can really go up and get it like he did on the game winner.

Final 4 in division 1 has another great game being kicked off tomorrow between Stony Point and Trinity. Pearland also plays tomorrow against Stevens at the Alamo dome who I fully expect them to beat. Stony vs Trinity is going to be a toss up. The teams Trinity has played throughout these playoffs is almost unfair. 3 Nationally ranked teams before you get to the finals. If Pearland takes care of business tomorrow they will have their hands full with either Stony or Trinity. Will be a great game though

D2 is pretty weak this year. Longview vs Guyer should be a pretty good game but other than that it hasn't really been worth following. Despite their record I think Memorial is going to win that Division. They played Katy pretty well and are playing good right now. Their games are tomorrow as well at 1 and 4.

...especially 5A Div I. The final 4 are Murder's Row.

Chapel Hill just scored in the 4A Title Game against Henderson. Down by 7 w/7min to play.

If the championship is Trinity vs Pearland there will be about 1000 passing yards in the game

They are pretty balanced with weapons on offense. They have a lot of depth at rb but their wr Brandon Carter is an OU commit and one of the best in the country. Pearlands D is not great so I figure Trinity will have a lot of yards in both running and passing. Pearlands Qb was incredible against Katy and if he has a similar game in the finals will make for a very high scoring game.

I'm almost to the dome now. Yes Pearland's D is shaky, but they have enough playmakers on both sides of the ball to make up for it. Now if we end up playin Trinity next week then I'm not sure how we're gonna stop them
