Sounds like Cam Robinson and Hootie Jones last summer in Monroe, but their case was way worse than this and still got off scott free.

I assume no one read his statement.
Donta was not in possession of weed. His passenger was. The gun was legally obtained and holstered in his vehicle. Unfortunately since his dumb arse friend had weed in Donta's car, this triggered the gun/weed charge.
