Wow, I'm no fan of Bama, but that was a ridiculous article. Scathing and angry. This is on Fox sports? Good lord.

I thought it would be funny but I really didn't find it funny. The author should have just said, "Bama's fans are the dumbest because I hate rednecks."

I saw so many of these shirts in Tuscaloosa last year. I also saw a shirt that had the state of Alabama on the back with the number of championships that they're claiming now, and it said in big bold letters "what's you're states traditions".
Not only do they claim fake titles, they can't use your correctly when printing shirts.

Ohio State's - The stereotypical fan with the goatee. The only piece of furniture in his apartment is a weight bench, and he makes stupid grammatical errors on the message boards.

I lived in AL in the last 60's early 70's during the Bear days. Bama fans were miserable.

I will say that the vocal/embarrassing/pathetic 10% of every fanbase gets magnified when their team is winning, but there are a few exceptions going both ways.
West Virginia fans are pathetic and embarrassing when they win or lose.
Tennessee fans are obnoxious when they win.
But I will say that South Carolina and LSU fans are rowdy win or lose and that is why i became a tiger fan.
We will tigerbait anyone during a 3-9 season or a 9-3 season.

This is what poisoning trees, rubbing your genitals on someone, sabotaging construction on an opponent's stadium, killing your own team's fan due to lack of concern about a loss, etc., etc., etc. get you.
