On Friday night, Teddy Bridgewater took a break from preparing for his second NFL season and surprised a young fan by taking her to the prom. The Vikings quarterback returned to Louisville, where he starred in college, to escort junior Ashley Davis to the Big Dance.

Article didn't say, which really leaves out an important detail to this. All it says is that she was a fan of his at UL, and she met him once, and he remembered her. Poorly written article for sure.
