TCU secondary has just been raped by the deep ball today

The deep ball has always been the weakness of the Gary Patterson 4-2-5 but I have never see it get beat this badly before

Knight has only 6 completions but 231 yards.. thats nearly 40 yards per completion

Interested to see the adjustments and if Oklahoma will try to establish a run game that doesn't consist of Knight scrambles

The problem is that we have been trailing for the most part.the defense has let is down bit time, this offense is not good enough to win shootouts. d needs to get its shut together

As a TCU fan this is the first time in probably a decade I haven't been confident in our defense to get the job done. Our offense will have to win this game IMO unless we make great adjustments in the secondary.

You really think a deficit that hasn't been greater than 7 pts since the first quarter has forced Stoops to abandon the run? You're acting like it was a 3 possession game early in the 4th quarter. Stoops knows to stick to his gameplan in this kind of game and adjust at halftime.

Well it's hard to run the ball when you hit long passes like we did on those two plays. TCU has sustained long drives, we need to do that in the second half.

Those weren't the only times y'all held the ball. Running the ball clearly wasn't part of Stoops gameplan besides in short yardage and goaline.

Easy sweet cheeks. He's normally automatic from there. Can't get too pissed about it.

Gary is weird on these situations. He loves to show the other coach up with the fake going for it on fourth, timeout burned, "haha frick you we're kicking".
