You people are insane. NO ONE considers the Super Bowl halftime show beneath them.
The biggest reason why she's never done it is because once she was big enough to even be considered, she was locked into a long-term sponsorship deal with Coke and the halftime show was sponsored by Pepsi. That only ended recently with Apple sponsoring the show. Doing it this year would have been kinda difficult bc she's in the middle of a tour. You can't just show up and and wing that show. How's she gonna fit planning and rehersal for that into a one week tour break?
