Based on what? OSU has a road loss after back to back road games at top 25 teams with both those teams coming off bye weeks.
Oh yea, and OSU has beaten OU and Wisconsin on the road.
Better wins, and if they use 'game control' OSU lost on a fluke 4th quarter.

You're right. I don't necessarily think it would be a blow out, but UW most likely would win based on performance and execution.
