After Wacha's 1st game performance and striking out 3 guys In the 1st inning I thought Wacha was gonna dominate tonight. Can't wait to see how he bounces back in his next start.

I guess just years and years and years of watching every game, Adams does not strike me a legit hitter right now.
Everyone went nuts over his flash in the pan hot start and he's 3 for his last 22.
Cannot lay off a changeup, sinker, or curve down and in, or just down, like his last at bat.
Taveras needs to get healthy and take his spot.

Adams wasn't gonna hit .600 on the season. He's still over .300 with sporadic playing time and sustaining an injury when he was red hott.

Exactly why you can't look at an average, of course he's over .300 he had a hot start.
He had 5 hits in 28 at bats in the month of May (.179) and is 1 for 8 in June (.125).
They figured out how to pitch to him, junk, low, can't hit it or lay off it.

I think Adams will be a pretty good power guy when it's all said and done and can be around a .280 everyday 1st baseman. As you stated he really only hits fastballs well right now but given time that could change
