And arguably top 5 all-time

His case:

-Led NFL in completion pct 5x in the decade
-Led NFL in Y/A 5x
-Roughly 12 yards/completion
-Led NFL in passer rating 6x
-Led NFL in TD passes 4x
-2 NFL MVPs
-Super Bowl champion
-MVP of that Super Bowl
-Averaged 5 YPC rushing the ball

I defy you all to submit a 90s resume that remotely approaches Steve's accomplishments, let alone exceed it.

And least you're finally getting to teams and players you've seen.

when you see this picture, what do you think about?

I think about Emmitt, TD, passing/scrambling qb.

The 3 best QBs of the decade but Steve was clearly superior to all 3

When you think about Elway's superbowl success, Terrell Davis immediately comes to mind.

That it's missing the guy who won 3 straight MVPs

Agreed, Terrell and that magnificent offensive line were the centerpieces of that repeat team. That Shanahan rush offense was as unstoppable an offense as the league ever saw, literally impossible to stop TD and the Mile High Salute.

ETA- if we are talking about as an analyst, I agree. But not as a QB. Not knocking Aikman. I was a fan but Young was a better QB and athlete.
