That GT coach was a real jagoff...running up the score like that. He was trying to impress the voters.

Was pissed at Cumberland because of a baseball game, I believe

Cumberland didn't even have a team, it was mostly frat guys they got together for the game.

Texas College is an NAIA school...barely above a HS, if that. In three games they've given up over 200 points and scored 6.

At least they probably got paid well enough to support the athletic department the rest of the season

I'm pretty sure that Cumberland had dissolved their football team at that point but were forced to play GT because of prior obligations.
