Was looking at his wikipedia page and noticed something I guess I overlooked.
Saban has won at least 10 games the last 7 years in a row. Granted, that's not as impressive when you play 13 or 14 games a year, but only one year of those 7 did he lose more than 1 SEC game (regular season). That to me is almost unreal.
Have any other coaches been so successful in-conference for that long?

its impressive for a 12-game schedule. i think only one of those years was a 10-win season ('10).

From 1971-1979, Paul "Bear" Bryant lost just 3 games in-conference:
1971 - Conference record: 7-0
1972 - Conference record: 7-1
1973 - Conference record: 8-0
1974 - Conference record: 6-0
1975 - Conference record: 6-0
1976 - Conference record: 5-2
1977 - Conference record: 7-0
1978 - Conference record: 6-0
1979 - Conference record: 6-0

I disagree. Only one of those seasons was a 10-win season. In 2008 and 2009 he finished the regular season undefeated at 12-0. From 2011-Present he has finished with 11-1 regular seasons in each of those years.

Spurrier had a nice run in the 90s.
90: 6-1
91: 7-0
92: 6-2
93: 7-1
94: 7-1
95: 8-0
96: 8-0
97: 6-2
98: 7-1
99: 7-1
Of course the SEC was weak as shite then compared to nowadays so what Saban's done is most impressive.
