Chris Johnson was a 2 star coming out of high school that went to East Carolina but ended up being a 1st rd pick.
Thomas Davis only offer was to UGA and was actually offered after the DC saw him play basketball

Peyton manning was a relative unknown before his senior year at TN. Had a good year and the rest is history.

TJ Houshmanzadeh, dude was a HS dropout who ended up getting his GED and enrolling in a JUCO before eventually transferring to Oregon State and then ultimately winding up on the Bengals as a 7th round pick.
