No coordinators involved in the choice of above. We going to ignore Kubiak's achievements and give Phillips the credit? Are we all going to unitely choose Ron Rivera over Kubiak?

How quickly people forget Kukiak's time in Houston.

Where he went 12-4 with Matt fricking Schaub as his QB?

The Kubiak hate is ridiculous. He's definitely a good coach.

Not only that, but won a playoff game with TJ frickING YATES!!

You mean Wade Phillips? I thought Kubiak was an offense-minded coach? Did his team put up the least amount of yards for a Super Bowl winning team?

Just shows again that you are the village idiot of the MSB.

So two playoff appearance out of eight years is some kind of accomplishment?

Wade Phillips is the real mastermind of Denver being so successful during this years postseason.

Wade Phillips is the best defensive coordinator in football when he has elite talent. Nobody utilizes elite players better.

Where as someone like Rex Ryan can make a bad to decent defense a great one, Wade can make a good defense an elite one.

Rivera went 15-1 with Ted Ginn as his WR1. Kubiak is the Trent Dilfer of head coaches

It helps to have some elite talent as well. Miller and Ware wanted it more. They were not going to be denied.

I wouldn't say they wanted it more. Thomas Davis played with a broken arm and Kony Ealy had one of the best super bowl performances ever and it'll be forgotten.

Well one of them showed up to the Super Bowl with a gameplan designed to maximize their team's strengths and minimize their weaknesses.....

.....The other one........didn't.
