So basically you're sorta arguing the NFL equivalent of the Fermi paradox...?

The NFL has to be rigged because everything else at some point or another has been tampered with?

Even if you're right in ANY capacity, the level of rigging you're talking about is simply ridiculous. You have coaches, players, refs, Vegas, and NFL personnel blatantly deciding who wins games. At least that's how I'm reading it. I might be putting words in your mouth there.

Now, do you realize what it would take to throw an atomic bomb into that entire operation? Just ONE honest person finding out. Or just ONE person who wants to become famous for uncovering it. Or just ONE person who wants to be a dick and make a shite ton of money writing a book about it.

C'mon, man.

Yea but you see, all of that hurts him feeling like the smartest guy in the room because he figured out all sports are rigged. So...

Im just throwing BS ideas out there, but honestly there is absolutely no money in something like this.

Dan Moldea did that and he didnt make a million dollars from it.

I didn't read the whole thread, but in response to one of your earlier posts, I do think there is a subconscious/human nature thing where refs tend to favor the team getting pummelled when there are calls that could go either way. Next thing you know, you have a close game. I can't say I've seen a ton of evidence for it lately in football, but it happens all the time in basketball.

I could have been talking about Jerry Maguire, devil pit bulls eating people, or Islamic Lindsay Lohan. But instead, you tricked me into wasting my time in here. Dammit, Saint.

Tim Donaghy said in his book, that refs would make calls depending on the player. A call almost never went against Kobe, but for him. Tim said it had something to do with the ratings and directing of the league. The officials work for the NFL so they could very well be directed to make calls for or against certain teams. Or it could be they are a fan of that team/player.

people who believe such generalizations are people who do not vote "because they are all the same".

You need to give someone your brain for safekeeping.

You're hurting it.

Can someone appear if they were there before you?

Maybe "well speaking of dumbasses look who it is" would work better. Give it a shot.

Saints fans seem to be taking the Falcons success well.

Im actually hoping Atlanta loses this weekend, but I think they win. The reason is I dont believe the Saints will be contending for a SB next year if Atlanta goes. That would mean 3 teams from the NFC South go to the SB consecutively and the odds of that happening are about as good as the Browns winning their Division.
