The "we built it" quip was completely relevant to your statement about budgets.
LSU had 8 SEC championships before Saban, so you fail in your misdirection attempt, also.

Until the game is played on the field, it is just an opinion.
Could LA Tech beat LSU? Absolutely!!! This year would be tough, but possible!
Can LA Tech beat LSU on a consistent basis? NO!
There is a reason the games are played on the field and not on paper!
Ask Arkansas if they will ever lose to ULM, or Michigan if they would lose to APP State.
