Moody has not looked good. Borland and Whilote have played well but they also haven't had the impact plays that come with Willis and Bowman.

Borland has 100+ tackles, a sack, and two picks in about a half-season of starting. As a rookie no less.

Just thinking that as good as Willis/Bowman clearly are... what percentage of their success is due to scheme? In particular, tackle numbers.

Maybe they're just freaks backed up by more freaks.

Leavitt is also pretty spectacular. He's probably had as fun a last 4 years as any assistant in the league.

I think it goes to show how good the D-line has been... particularly Smith and McDonald. Willis and Bowman would be my top 2 picks at linebacker in some theoretical fantasy draft, but this year has definitely made me wonder about their theoretical value (cap-wise) if backups can stand in pretty reliably.

ETA: Theoretically

Keep loses a fumble because he holds the ball like a loaf of bread.

Shocker.

Weddle looked like a moron watching Kaep run right by him. What an embarrassing display of D that was by SD.
