And finish his career with a easy 4 or 5 straight championships? If I was him I'd think about it. Who doesn't love championships?

Lebron has been underpaid his entire career due to the NBA salary system. He should maximize his earnings

That team would have a chance to go undefeated if they stayed healthy

The NBA has a max amount that any individual player can make. In 2015, Bron made $22 million and he was easily worth double that in a true free market.

Nike pays him pretty well. He'll be ok.

To answer the OP, he probably should consider leaving Cleveland. Not sure going to GS would be a good idea though.

I can't imagine his team being better anywhere else outside of the Pelicans.

He should probably pay a defensive coach to give him lessons this summer

Your theory makes no since, he made Max amount? Again Max Amount he could make in his job. So how can he make more than the max?

Everyone thinks they are worth more than they make, human nature.

Lebron had 2 choices, play a game for max in his industry or get a job like almost everyone else. He chose to play a game for Max amount.

My point is that if there was no max contract he would make way more. Look at MLB. Alex Rodriguez was making $25 mil yearly way back in 2002. Lebron didn't make over $25 mil until this season.

My point is he's being paid Max for his industry, period not overpaid not under paid, the Max.

If he wants A.Rod money he needs to learn to hit a fricking fastball.

Not underpaid

You really don't understand.

The max was put in as an artificial cap in a CBA for a variety of reasons, and most people think it's complete bullshite. No other sport has it.

In a free market he would make 50 million.

His market value is the max that they pay in the NBA. Which is what he is paid. All leagues have caps and max and min. But to say he's underpaid compared to his peers is obsured. Free Market? Ok he can take the max and play or sit out and not get paid.

After what Dyrant did it now fully forces the hands of other stars to totally bitch out. No more really good teams with a superstar pushing them over the top. These guys need to go to Meg's teams like KD so they can get nice, east shots. Of course then Durant would see the landscape and just go to whatever team beat his pre existing squad.

He needs to go play tight-end and let someone else get skull drug by the warriors.
