So everyone that buys a ticket to a major league game should be able to catch a flyball or Beamer w your bare hands and or protect any children w you... If its not safe for fans then they should market the game and ticket that way.

When I went to a Mariners game in April I was alert the entire time because foul balls were constantly hit in my direction along 3rd base. I didn't want to get smacked in the face.

Stadiums now encourage you to tweet so the ballpark would have red hands here.

Besides the obvious putting fences around the entirety of the playing field

ETA: That actually won't do too much good, the ball would still smack the frick out of you. You would have to remove a bleacher or two from the first couple rows for it to work

Simple solution. Put the netting that is behind home plate down 1st and 3rd base lines all the way to the poles. Problem solved.
