So you think Paul has a legit arguement for being a top 2 pg in history of the game?

At his peak, easily.

The production/efficiency speaks for itself IMO.

What??? I would say two still playing today are better than him...Nash and Kidd, much less history of the game.

Thomas, Stockton, Robertson, Magic, Payton..

I agree that the spectators would win.

That's kind of an odd draft though...it's clearly two different eras, so it would seem like Malone and Olajuwan should trade places with Duncan and Dirk.

But still, I think team 2 takes it. I do think it would be closer than most think though. And I also agree with whoever said that it would be better to have Lebron (PG) and Durant (SF) starting for team 1.

At their peak???

None of them ever produced like Paul did in 2008-2009(except for Magic as I've already said and Big O but in a different era)

Nash and Kidd have never played or produced at that level. They just haven't.

nash doesn't play defense. say waht you will about how awesome he is running a team (and he is awesome), but he doesn't play D

cp3 has a better all-around game than kidd. kidd developed a 3 but doesn't have a good midrange game

Team 2 would probably win because of Jordan and Sir Charles off of the bench.

But Shaq would destroy wilt. Absolute massacre.

There is no denying Team 1's talent. But I still think Team 2 takes it.

Magic over Paul
Jordan over Bryant
Bird vs. LeBron - I don't think Lebron or Bird could stop the other from scoring almost at will.
Malone vs Duncan - if Malone could play as physical as he did years ago, Malone might have an edge. But I don't think that would fly with today's rules.
Shaq vs. Chamberlain - really tough to call. But I think I'd take the duo of Russell and Chamberlain over Shaq and Olajuwon.

I really think Team 2 would win.

Um, no.

Paul defends and scores better than Nash and scores better than Kidd.

I don't think that's possible. At all.

As awesome as Chris Paul is, I think his height is definitely a disadvantage in this game...that's why I'd have Lebron start at PG (to go against Magic).

Yea, that would be a tough matchup for Paul.

I basically agree with a few have said in that if you shuffle around the lineups a bit, I think team 2 would be even, or slightly better.

As constructed with the lineups, team 2 wins IMO.

Brady Anderson produced in 1996...doesn't mean he is better than Griffey Jr.

Still would take Nash and Kidd...
