Has Rizzo been paid yet? If not it's coming.

He agreed to a 7 yr $41 million deal in 2013. He's signed through 2019.

That was a bomb. I like him, good ball player.

The central is going to be fun for the foreseeable future.

I can't wait for mid and late summer Cubs-Cards games to be meaningful to both teams again. So much fun.

I agree completely. Its good for both teams and the fans.

All the talk about the Cubs/Cards rivalry not being "good" compared to Dodgers/Giants and Redsox/Yankees because we are not "nasty" to one another makes me laugh. Some of the best sports events I have been to are Cards Cubs games at Busch and Wrigley.

So much fun.

I honestly don't care if the Cardinals win as long as Lynn can get through 7.

Agree completely, we need a long outing for this pen especially with the Pirates looming this weekend.

Get a day off at least on Monday before a tough sets with the indians,Tigers, Mets and Royals coming up.

We have a tough stretch coming that will test this team.

Yea, no surgery but yikes. Gonna have to find some stop gap help from outside the organization I think at this point.

They interviewed Mo earlier in the game on the telecast and he sure seemed damper about Walden's injury.
