I just got back into watching baseball and I've been following the Marlins. Are Gordon and Hechavarria the best defensive combo at short and 2nd?

It does for how much they are put on highlights and what not. Marlins highlights mostly consist of Stanton AB's not many DP's at 2nd and SS. Not many people gonna watch other teams besides their favorites this time of year. My point was those guys don't get a lot of exposure.

Not arguing exposure. No one wants to see Marlins highlights outside of Stanton because they suck as a team. But Hecha and Gordon are studs on defense, Hechavarria especially. Just wondering where they stacked up in terms of the rest of the league.

Lol man not a big deal you saying something. But honestly I haven't taken notice of them enough this series to say they're elite. Doesn't mean they are or aren't

I think his point was as a cardinal fan he doesn't see them enough to make a judgement and the fact that the Marlons aren't winning a lot of games means that he doesn't get the chance to see them through highlights either bc they don't show a lot of them
