SC6....please ESPN no mas

I just watched the last 10 min of SC6 waiting for the LSU game to come on. First time for me watching his abomination of social commentary intertwined loosely with sports.
Dear god, I weep for you younger folks and for my own kids that are left with this version of ESPN.
The thought that you will grow up with Jemelle as your sports anchor saddens me.
Gone are the days when I would fall asleep with sports center on and wake up to it.

you gonna get killed for this thread, but seriously is it that much to be able to ask to turn on espn for 15 minutes when lsu is playing for a national title and not have to watch political talk disguised as sports?

I dunno, if I know I won't like a show I make it a priority to not watch it. Not that hard these days.

I've only watched a few episodes and I agree, it's not very good. Jemele is laughably bad, especially during the interview segments of the show. However, the ratings are doing ok, so it's not going anywhere.

The sad thing is, I like Michael Smith as an analyst. But when I think of all of the women that ESPN could've put in that seat, Jemele Hill is at the bottom.

I only ever catch the very end when waiting for something to come on after. It's pretty bad, but I don't have any issues ignoring it.
