Sagarin computer component of the BCS Rankings

The top ten teams in the Sagarin ratings:
1. Florida State (101.2)
2. Alabama (98.99)
3. Missouri (95.66)
4. Bethune-Cookman (93.11)
5. Oregon (92.44)
6. Northern Illinois (91.48)
7. Fordham (87.28)
8. Oregon State (89.09)
9. Virginia Tech (89.05)
10. Coastal Carolina (88.16)
Of course FCS teams aren't eligible so they will be taken out and everyone bumped up a spot

Not sure what the article is even arguing, as Sagaring uses the "Pure-Elo" as the component in the BCS rankings.

the author either wants to misrepresent what Sagarin does or just doesn't understand it IMO
