He's a starting NFL QB. Tebow is not.
There are very few QB's you'd take Tebow over. Certainly wouldn't take Tebow over any current NFL starting QB.

Russel Wilson every day of the week judging by how he's playing right now. Tebow has all of the intangibles, but he just doesn't have the right talents to be an elite NFL QB. I would think Tebow would be a great leader in any endeavor he attempts, though. He comes across as a genuinely good person who leads by example.
