He was arrested while at bama. He assaulted another student, fired a gun off by his ear, threatened to kill him, etc.
Then he beat up some more people, went and got buddies to help finish the job, tried to run over a guy with his vehicle, hospitalized the guy, etc. Think this second or third arrest was after he left bama though.
All his BS at bama was swept under the rug. He ended up settling lawsuits out of court with the people he hospitalized and assaulted.
