Why was Kentucky playing on the road in this game if they are the 1 seed? Im sure this has been talked about but I cant find anything. Sorry in advance.

Lexington/Rupp is hosting NCAA Tournament games so it wasn't feasible from a staffing standpoint for them to play in Memorial (this is what they did before but that was during the HS state tournament so staffing wasn't an issue).

that's fine and i agree. im gonna blame cal. im looking through the bullshite. his post game shite was a cop out. calling out the players. he didnt do a good enough job. fact. if this is the way you are gonna form your team, great. but you have to have the onus of making them good. you dont get some reputation for developing nba talent (which he has never had to do) and then have this year. it's pathetic.

First off it's one fricking year.

Second, this is easily the least talented bunch he's had since he's been at UK. That said, especially after Julius Mays' comments last night (and all throughout the season really), they absolutely refused to buy in. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. That's absolutely the case here. And I think the comments they all made last night in the post-game is where it finally has sinked in for them that they HAVE to buy in for it to work. It was just a whole season too late.

Anybody putting full blame on Calipari for this hasn't been paying attention.
