Revisiting Trashy NFL fan bases

After recent events, it's clear to me the 49ers are tops.
This is based on subjective criteria, but behavior and conduct in and around actual games, as opposed to a guy in Raiders jersey starting a fight in a strip mall in Lincoln, Nebraska. Let's focus on events in the stadium, parking lots, or even bars during the watching of games.
What is your top 5? This is mine:
1. San Fran
2. Oakland
3. Philly
4. Jets
5. Baltimore
FWIW, I've been to games at all these places since 2004 (including pre-season). I'm not a world traveler but I have some first hand experiences.

The south of the borders are turning Texans games into some pretty rough events.

The Latino portion of both the Texans and Cowboys fanbases are pretty rough. The Texans-Cowboys game in 2010 felt like a prison riot.

For sure. I always wonder how the F these people are always sitting front row at all the games.
My ticket to the Southwest Classic last year was $300 bucks and we were like 50 rows up.

Spending that whole paycheck probably. At that game they still let people tailgate without tickets at Reliant (NRG) so it was a free for all. I saw 4 or 5 fights just near where I was tailgating, and it wasn't like two drunk dudes swinging wildly, they were full fledged brawls. They completely changed the tailgating rules and security at Reliant the Monday after that game IIRC

They're all pretty insanely trashy except maybe Seattle, Denver, Green Bay and maybe the Vikings? I guess Charlotte doesn't strike me a terribly bad either. Who am I leaving out?
